Ebony Walker, M.Ed serves as President of Compliance, ensuring that schools meet all regulatory requirements while maintaining their focus on student success. Her extensive background in school leadership has given her deep expertise in educational compliance and improvement.

As the School Improvement Chair, Title I Coordinator, and District Assessment Director, Ebony provided vision and communicated direction as a member of the executive team. She understands how compliance and accountability frameworks can be leveraged to drive genuine improvement rather than simply checking boxes.

Her Master's in Education informs her approach to compliance, which always keeps student outcomes at the center. Ebony believes that well-designed accountability systems help schools identify areas for growth and celebrate their successes.
