Ebony Walker, Ed.D.

Ebony Walker, Ed.D. serves as District Compliance Officer, bringing doctoral-level expertise to ensuring schools meet their regulatory obligations while maximizing educational impact.

In her role as Assistant Chief Academic Officer and President of Academics and Compliance for Elite Schools Management, she provides strategic leadership on academic programs and compliance initiatives. Her Ed.D. from Walden University has equipped her with advanced research and analytical skills.

Ebony's previous roles as School Improvement Chair, Title I Coordinator, and District Assessment Director gave her comprehensive experience in the systems that drive school accountability. She provided vision and communicated direction as a member of the executive team.

Based in Farmington, Michigan, Ebony is also engaged in conversations about emerging technologies in education, including the responsible use of generative AI. She believes that compliance and innovation can work together to create better outcomes for students.
